CR Stainless Clip Rod

California Stainless has manufactured this original DF80 drying cabinet for over 40 years. It is considered the top of the line within the industry because of its tested performance. record. Outside of cleaning it requires almost no maintenance, primarily due to the high grade of durable components. Fan or heater replacement is almost unheard of in this dryer.

Cabinet is heavy gauge steel coated with chemical resistant primer and polyurethane. Features include adjustable floor leveling mounted in back of dryers. Reinforced door has positive latch handle and is securely mounted with heavy duty piano hinge. Optional inspection windows with interior light may be ordered in viewing is desired. Stainless cabinets are also available.

Electrical is approved by recognized testing laboratory, Dryer is equipped with adjustable heat thermostat, variable 60 minute timer with automatic shut off or continuous operation. 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 14 Amps.

Filtration System. All incoming air passes through a disposable air filter located beneath dust cover on top of dryer. This cover prevents dust buildup when dryer is not in use, and prolongs filter life.

Film Clip Assemblies. Two CR-10 clip rods are included with all dryers.

(1) Removable stainless rods with 10 stainless clips is the most effective drying method. Clip rods may be placed in optional room wall brackets near wash area, loaded, then placed in cabinet. This is particularly time saving with sheet film loading.

(2) film clip rods mounted to side extensions are a popular option. Loading and unloading of film is easier. Film first put in the back can be retrieved without reaching through wet film.

(3) Thru Wall double door dryer uses side instead of back clip rod supports.

SPACE SAVER DRYING CABINET

Fast drying cabinet with minimum space requirements. A quality cabinet assembly built to last a lifetime. Dries up to 40 rolls of 36 exposure, 35mm film. &so accepts 120 or 220 rolls or sheet film. Available in two cabinet materials, heavy gauge steel with chemical resistant primer and polyurethane finish or stainless steel. Cabinet has adjustable leveling pads to correct floor irregularities, heavy duty positive door latch, and stainless drip pan. Filtration system includes dust cover and disposable filter. Electrical features include fan and heating assembly controlled with heat thermostat and variable 60 minute timer for automatic shut-off or continuous operation. Electrical cord, 8 feet, supplied. Unit is approved by recognized testing laboratory. 120 VAC, 60 Hz, 14 Amps.

Dryers include two stainless cabinet brackets and two removable stainless clip rods with 9 stainless dips per rod. Extra stainless cabinet brackets may be installed to increase sheet film capacity (Model WB10). Shipping weight - 175 pounds. A

DELUXE SUPER SAFELIGHT

Gives you a level of illumination never before possible with point-source-exposed contact materials. Produces even light over entire room. 40 to 50 times brighter than customary. Emits narrow-band light frequency to which most printing papers are insensitive, and to which human eyes are most sensitive. Three levels of illumination provided and can be set instantly. Accepts additional filters for processing special emulsions. The Super Safelight is suspended from the ceiling for maximum effect, above eyelevel. The special lamp is rated at 5000 hours and the unit is supplied with FDW and FDY filters.

Model 300
Minutes and seconds can easily be read across the room in total darkness, 8" diameter luminous dial. The 60-minute time range can be set in minutes for developing and seconds for enlarger control. Two hands permit quick setting by seconds, minutes, or combinations of seconds and minutes. And an exclusive dualcam mechanism provides extreme accuracy for long time intervals: ± .015% at maximum dial setting. Two separate outlet receptacles control and enlarger or printer and safelight by a combination timelfocus switch. Each outlet has a 750 watts rated capacity for operating most darkroom equipment, and the Model 300 can be used with a relay for heavier loads. Buzzer automatically signals end of developing period and can be set for desired volume. Sturdy steel case with rubber base pads.
